The second round of IPL (Indian Premier League) 2026 begins on April 13, with SRH and RR starting this phase in Hyderabad. Chennai Super Kings and Mumbai Indians, both five-time champions, will meet twice: first on April 23 in Mumbai, then on May 2 in Chennai.
Meanwhile, Royal Challengers Bangalore’s only meeting with Chennai Super Kings takes place on April 5 at Bengaluru’s M Chinnaswamy Stadium. Royal Challengers Bangalore will not travel to Chennai this season. The reigning champions will then play the Mumbai Indians on May 10 and the Kolkata Knight Riders on May 13, both in Raipur.
The gorgeous location in Dharamsala will host a few big Indian heavyweights when Punjab Kings face DC, MI, and RCB on May 11, 14, and 17 (afternoon fixtures, respectively). The league stage ends on May 24 with the final of eight doubleheaders, MI vs RR in Mumbai and KKR vs DC in Kolkata.
SRH, DC, PBKS, and LSG will each play three afternoon fixtures, while the remaining six – CSK, MI, RCB, GT, KKR, and RR – will play two each.
